Campaign

Hi I am setting up a campaign for a new contract/product launch. This is all okay. The only thing is some of the contacts which are linked to the campaign already exist  in salesforce and are linked on existing opportunities. On campaign there is a related list called influenced  opportunities. So when this existing contact is linked to this new campaign, the existing opportunity shows up under influenced opps, even though it has nothing to do with the new launch . I believe its linking it via contact. Is there anything I can do so that opp is not linked to this campaign?

    Hi there!

     

    They automatically link when they hit certain criteria, you can change or to disable automatic association for campaign influence: From Setup, enter Campaign Influence in the Quick Find box, and then select Auto-Association Settings. Select Disabled
