Is it possible to clone two different profiles into one. Consider User-A assigned with Profile-A. I need to give Profile-B permissions as well to this user.
User A = Can see (Profile-A + Profile-B) permissions.
If cloning is not possible means, How can I compare two different profiles to get missing permissions. Please advise.

There is no tool that can merge the two profiles. But you can use some external tools to compare the permissions in two profiles.
