Could you please suggest on how to activate "Send Pardot Email" on Lead and Contact - List views (Queues).
Currently I have this feature (button) on individual record (On lead and Contact record). Have to display it under list views that will be useful to send 1-to-1 emails to multiple users at once.
Also, I'm new to Pardot. Could you please explain its benifits and difference between "Send Engage Mail" vs "Send Pardot mail" and uses pls.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, this button is available at record level. I noticed that this button comes with Pardot package and marked under pagelayout List view option is disabled. Could you please suggest how to enable on List views.
