Business Administration Specialist Superbadge step 3. I encounter error message while attempting the exercise - Couldn't find a grouping of account types called 'Market' in the 'Accounts by Market' report.

I dont see any field value named customer-Channel and Customer-Direct

 

there is only four value I.e customer,residential,prospect and pending.

    Hello Deepika, 

     

    Based on the requirements from the Superbadge, this has to be a bucket column (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.reports_bucketing_adding.htm&type=5). Its name will be Market, and Utility & Residential will be the names of the buckets. 

     

    Customer - Direct and Customer - Channel are values from the Account Type field, which you will be able to include in your buckets. "Gabriela wants you to use the following account types"
