I first need to admit that I'm trying to teach myself flow on the fly and so I'm not really sure how it works.
But I created a new Lightning Scheduler flow using the Inbound flow template. It looks the exact same as the managed default flow that's currently working, but when I try to run it as a flow on the account page nothing is happening.
I clearly need two things that are missing - associating it with the account it started on so the member/customer pre-fills in, and getting whatever missing link there is between the service resources and being able to go to the next step.
This is what the flow looks like - straight template.
I did try to recreate the Get Records that's the third step here as the first step on a different flow try, thinking that would fill it in from the start, and it didn't.
This is what the screen looks like on the account when I click the schedule button.
The member/customer isn't filled in like it should be - the field for it is missing entirely, so maybe that's part of my problem?
And clicking Next doesn't take me to the screen where I can pick appointment types - it doesn't take me anywhere or do anything, honestly.
I've tried searching and looking at videos, but there aren't a lot of resources out there or questions being answered about Lightning Scheduler.
What am I missing to make this work?
