DreamHouse: Not Able to Approve Third-Party App

I am not able to DreamHouse in the "Approve Third-Party App" screen. I have checked that I am logged in as a Salesforce Adminitrator and in the right playground. Does anyone have ideas on how I can solve this?

    I am not able to uncheck or check the boxes or click continue. The Continue button is also not active.

     

    Do you have any ideas on what could be causing this? I would think permissions but this is a fresh Playground.
