Rank accounts based on their AUM

I am looking to create a unique ranking of a small number of organisations. The process should collect any account with a value populeted in a 'Current AUM' currency field, it should then assign a ranking of 1 - N with the account with the highest AUM being 1st and the lowest last. THis process could run overnight as the figure will nto be populated regularly.

 

This sounds like a trigger, but I am hoping to engineer it in FLow if possible to reduce the custom code usage. Any ideas on how I might do this in Flow are very welcome!

    To collect field values from a collection of account records. Then, based on the ordering those account by the value of that field, give them a simple number ranking. Then show that rank on the account record page
