Is there a way to declaratively call Azure Websites where Azure doesn't have a Schema model?

Question

I was hoping to build a flow to send a JSON message to asdf.azurewebsites.net/api/sfpoc via POST and receive the response back.

We were looking at using Enhanced External Services; however, there is no Schema Model (not a swagger API)

Is there a way to at least set up a connection so I could test sending the JSON (Post) and receiving the message back without writing code?

I saw this article:

However, it doesn't have much information.

Thanks, what about the other options listed in the help article?  Seems like we need code to some extent eventually.
