whenever I'll click on the account records the quick links will show at the side, however when I try to refresh it, it suddenly goes in the middle of the page we want to keep it at the side. I'm am thinking if this is a chrome issue. I already have done with clear cache and disable the add on but it doesn't resolve the issue.
