I have implemented Navigational topic feature on Partner Community.Can I restrict it to only certain users?

     Topics are intended to be an 'organic' way for community members to structure content.  While you can't explicitly restrict topic visibility to members, Salesforce does provide the following capabilities:

     

     Associate Knowledge articles of certain data categories (if in use) with specific topics (Navigational Topics) (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_communities_implementation.meta/salesforce_communities_implementation/networks_topics_navigational.htm)

     

    Create featured topics (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_communities_implementation.meta/salesforce_communities_implementation/networks_topics_featured.htm)

     

    Add or remove topics to / from articles (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.salesforce_communities_implementation.meta/salesforce_communities_implementation/networks_topics_articles.htm
