I created a custom Lightning App and added all sorts of items, including the standard Dashboard tab. However, when I open the App through the App Launcher, the Dashboard tab isn't there... all of the others are there, including Reports, but the Dashboard tab is nowhere to be found. I'm in a small org where everybody is System Administrator, so it shouldn't be a permission problem. I can add the tab to my Navigation bar, but then only I will see it, while it should be there by defaut for all users. Anyone familiar with this?

Regardless of permission, it could be that the profile has the Dashboards tab set as Default Off or Hidden. Could you check the system admin profile to make sure it's defaulted to On? It would be in the profile under Objects.
