Process not working: Update Contacts with Account Field change

Hi, I have a Process that is supposed to update the Contact field "Lifecylce Stage" based on various Account values, but it's not working when I test it. Any suggestions?

 

Nodes 1 and 3 are working, nodes 2 and 4 are not: 

 

Process not working: Update Contacts with Account Field change

 

Node 2: "Created From Lead" is mapped on conversion, and "count of open opps" is a rollup summary field. 

 

Criteria:User-added image

Node 4: 

 

Criteria: User-added image

    I'm having a similar issue where the field will update for one case but not the other.  Were you able to figure it out?
