Hi Liyuan. I was able to work around this problem. Once you are on the health check page and the check loads to tell you your medium & high risks, you can click on "Edit" (right side of the page) for each security setting. If you click on edit for one of the password policy settings, it will take you to the password settings page and you can make changes accordingly (require minimum 1 day password, alpah/numeric/special characters, and 3 invalid login atempts). Then Save. Once you refresh the page, you can then verify your answer and should be good to go!
