Problem is, I can't figure out where the field is missing from. We're on the Enterprise SF version, with the Calendly Pro account, so it's not that. Any help out there?

Finally figured it out. There was apparently a conflict with the GTM (GoToMeeting) app that was also installed, but not in use. Once I deleted the GTM app, it worked.
For the record, the solve was to delete the "End Time" mapping and add in the "DurationInMinutes".
