Hi Ali,
I see that you reached out toour support on this and were able to find a solution to this. I'm sharing the steps here so that other community members can also get more information on this. So, to add a survey to an email, these steps are to be performed:
Click the Content tab.
Click my emails. If the email to update exists in a subfolder, click the subfolder.
Click the name of the email to which you wish to add the survey.
Choose Retrieve Content in the content area where you want the survey to go.
Click the Survey tab to see a list of surveys you have created.
If the survey is not located in the My Survey folder, skip to step 7. Click Browse. Choose the folder that contains the survey. Click OK.
Select the radio button next to the survey to insert.
Click OK.
Note: Email needs to be created as a Template based email within My Emails/folder
If one is creating an HTML based email then you would need to put the HTML code of the survey into the email HTML code.
