I'd pause you there, why person accounts?
Avoid it if you can
Check contacts to multiple accounts instead as is a much more realistinc individual relationships with organisations (and or households) https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=shared_contacts_set_up.htm
