how do we create multiple feilds in salesforce org which are brought from other salesforce instances

Hi Sai,
If you want to copy field definitions from another org, try creating an unmanaged package. You can create the package in the org that has the fields you want, upload it, then install it in your target org using the URL. You create packages from Package Manager in Setup.
