I have created a workflow with the rule criteria:
AND(
ISCHANGED(TotalPrice),
TotalPrice > 0
)
and with an immediate workflow field update action of:
TotalPrice * 0.1
I don't seem able to default a value to the Shipping & Handling field, so have taken that field off the page layout and have create a new custom currently field called Shipping Charge which always displays $49.
The problem is:
a) The Tax field is not displaying any value; and
b) Although the Shipping Charge is displaying $49, this is not rolling up to the Grand Total.
How do I get both of these fields to roll up to the Grand Total?

No - I haven't. Do I need to create custom formula fields for these two?
If so, would you be able to provide the formulas for me as I'm a newbie to this and struggling to work out the formulas! Thanks so much.
