What i would like to be able to do is create reports, which report on individual custom tasks. So for example, if a sales rep moves an opportunity to closed won, they will automatically recieve a task within 'next activities' called something like 'input product details'. I would then like to be able to report on how efficiently (and if at all) the sales reps are completing this specific task? any idea if that is possible?
