I keep getting this error message when trying to convert specific leads.
"Your lead is missing a field mapping for the RecurrenceInterval field. For help, talk with your admin or see Map Custom Lead Fields for Lead Conversion in Salesforce Help."
I have checked through the mapping field section on the lead object and the RecurrenceInterval field isn't showing up at all. Not on account, contact or opportunity.
This is very frustrating as every other help forum I have been through is saying to check the mapping area but it's simply not there!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This needs to be fixed today as my users are meant to be reporting on their conversions.

I really appreciate you taking the time to answer.
Like I said in my question, the field it's referencing is not on the page layout of either contact, account or lead.
