On-Premise Backup & Restoration Vendors

Does anyone have any experience with on-premise vendors for backup and recovery of Salesforce data? Our company is comparing options (both hosted and on-premise) and I was hoping there are some recommendations out there. I've already contacted some cloud-based vendors. The problem we are having is that we are looking for a vendor that stores data locally, or at least in Canada where we reside. Many of the products store their data in the U.S. which is a roadblock for us, as it is a requirment from management to have data stored within the country.
