we are trying to assign our Leads with assignment rules, but it does not work and I dont know why :(
Leads should be routed as follows:
- Leads from US/CA which do not contain "Contact Sales" or "Download Trial" should go to user A.
- All other Leads (so all Leads containing "Contact Sales" or "Download Trial" ) should go to user B,C,D...
Order 1: ((Lead: Pardot Campaign DOES NOT CONTAINACQ rxstudio Contact Sales) OR (Lead: Pardot Campaign DOES NOT CONTAINACQ rxstudio Download Trial)) AND (Lead: Country Code EQUALSUS,CA) to A
Order 2: (Lead: State/Province CodeEQUALSNB,NL,PE,CT,MA,ME,NH,NJ,NY,RI,VT,NS) AND (Lead: Country Code EQUALSUS,CA) to B
Order 3: (Lead: State/Province Code EQUALSAB,BC,CO,MN,MO,UT,ON,IL,OH) AND (Lead: Country Code EQUALSUS,CA) to C
At the moment it seems that all leads get assigned to user A.
What did I do wrong?

1) Is the Assignment Rule active?
2) Check Whether you checked Layout properties where you find Lead assingment checkbox
