Tasks being created through process builder aren't showing up in that same order

I have a process that creates tasks. When I created the tasks I put them in the order I'd like them to appear when they're created but when those tasks are created they're not in the same order. Is there a way to change this?

    Are you creating the Tasks in Process Builder using Immediate Actions ?

     

    If yes, are you sure they're not all getting created at the same time (or within milliseconds of one another) and just getting sorted in a specific order in the record's related list ?

     

    Not sure how many Tasks you have to create, but you could try creating them using Scheduled Actions and set the timer to 'X' number of minutes after the starting object's LastModifiedDate.

     

    Example:

     

    Task 1 gets created 0 minutes after LastModifiedDate

     

    Task 2 gets created 1 minute after LastModifiedDate

     

    Task 3 gets created 2 minutes after LastModifiedDate

     

    Task 4 gets created 3 minutes after LastModifiedDate

     

    etc

     

    etc

     

    etc
