Creating a formula text field that looks at a checkbox field and picklist field

I'm trying to create formula text field that looks at a checkbox field (person of color) and looks at picklist field for gender and then combines values based on what's in those fields. For example if Person of Color checkbox is checked and Gender is Woman then the formula text field would read "Woman of Color". 

 

Here's the formula I have so far but I'm getting an error just not sure where to tweak it
