Good day to you all, I am trying to produce a report to only show Unread emails that have come in AFTER a case has been closed. I managed to produce one which shows ALL unread mails on a closed case, but as you can imagine there are lots of dupes and unwanted mails. Its really just the unread ones AFTER The case has been closed that I would like to see,

    I don't belive this is possible with these objects. If you could add a field to Email, you could have a formula field on Email that compared it's date with the Close Date of it's "parent" Case. Given that's not possible, you'll want to see if you can do this with joined reports.
