Can you post the complete list of values in eash Picklist Field please?
You also need to provide much more detailed information about this =>
"Have to show the discounted amount in the amount field if the checkbox is ticked and the annual income is lie between 100001-500000(picklist) then it will be there 50% discount on amount field if the monthly fee is 100 and the fee subscription is quarterly then what is the currency in amount field show?"
What is the result if the Economically_Backward__c field is unchecked?
What is the result if the Annual_Income__c field is not equal to '100001-50000'?
What is the result if the Monthly_Fee__c field is not equal to $100?
What is the result if the Fee_Subscription__c field is not equal to 'Quarterly'?
