Currently when a user receives email notification that they have been tagged in a Chatter post, they click on the ‘View Comment’ link and they are brought to the Chatter message within the Chatter Object. I would like to change this so that when the user clicks on the email link they are brought to the record page for which that the chatter comment was posted to. For example if a post was made against a specific Account, I want that tagged user within that post to be brought to that Account page when they click on the ‘View Comment’ button within email message. Is this possible?
