How to make an email id as default when send an email for a case?

I have to make a general email id (support@yyy.com) as default sender,

I already made "Organization-Wide Email Addresses" as the above, but still, when I click "Send Email" button it automatically takes my email id instead of "support@yyy.com"

Is there a way to achieve this, we bought the enterprise edition
