Is it possible to mirror a data of one field into another??
For an Instant. from the below image "Related Partner" is a field which displays all accounts whose record type is Partner,
I want whatever data enter by a salesperson in "Related Partner" field should get reflected automatically in the "Partner Name" field as shown below
Note: both these field are under Opportunity Object.
Can someone guide how to do this??

Hi Sunil,
"Related Partner" is "Master-Detail Relationship" Data type filed from Accounts Object. and "Partner Name" field belongs to Opportunity Object.
