I'm trying to save Previous Lead Owner Name (User/Queue). I tried to save the Owner Id and it's working but When I tried to save Lead Owner Name in a text field using below formula, it's throwing me error.
Error occur only when I tried to change the Lead Owner to Queue, It saves the Lead Owner Name if the change the Lead Owner to User.
Here is the Update record Action:

It worked.
I created a formula field to get the name of the Lead Owner (User/Queue) and got the PRIOR VALUE of that formula field from a workflow. I think that's the only work around to get the value of Previous Lead Owner (User/Queue)
