I want to create one user account for 5 people so that they can work together for a specific project. Is it possible to create one user account so that 5 people can login and work ? If yes, how can i create this in salesforce instead of individual user account for each user? Thanks for your support and answer.

technically yes but commecially - no
you can create a user and share the username and login between users but you are most likely be in breach of your contract as salesfroce charges you by number of users and this is likely to be seen as circumnavigating the contract.
you should purhcase 5 salesfrofe licenses and create a named user for each of this individuals. you can have them use the sale profile and role and ensure they see the same data, and you can use features such as teams, public groups, queues, chatter etc to have them collaborate succesfully.
