Show Actions in Knowledge Articles

Question

I have noticed that in our Sandbox, we could see the actual actions when you click Versions on an article in Lightning, however in our production environment, the actions are blank. Now that I go back into Lightning, the actions are no longer there as well. Is there a way to solve this?
