Can I create a Validation Rule to stop users editing Closed Cases?

I would like to prevent users from editing Closed Cases but unsure what to put in the Validation Rule. I've previoulsy seen something for Opportunities (below) and wondered if there is a similar forumla I could use for Cases?

 

AND(

 

ISCHANGED( IsClosed),

 

PRIORVALUE( IsClosed),

 

NOT ( IsClosed)

    I think a bettwer way is as below

    AND(
    PRIORVALUE(IsClosed),
    OR(
    NOT(ISCHANGED(Status)),
    NOT(IsClosed)
    )
    )
