HTML Template - Conditional Statement - If Certain Critiera = True then display image associated with URL 1 otherwise display image associated with URL 2

Hi Folks,

 

Hoping someone can help me. 

 

Am trying to put a conditional statement into a HTML template that will include the following image which is a clickable link to start one of two surveys.

 

HTML Template - Conditional Statement - If Certain Critiera = True then display image associated with URL 1 otherwise display image associated with URL 2

 

If certain criteria is true, display image and have it associated with url 1, otherwise associate it with url 2.

 

Would anyone be able to share the format of the if statement I would need within the email template?

    Hi Patrick,

     

    How about creating two Image formula Hyperlink fields first, then create a conditional statement on the template based on their corresponding merge fields? You can try an IF statement on the email template similar to this format:

     

    {!IF( Criteria1, Contact.Take_Survey__c,Contact.Take_Survey2__c}
