I have installed NPSP pack. I am bringing data from Jotform and connecting to SFDC Sandbox. It is not connecting as it says user name and passwords are incorrect. Actually they are correct. What is going wrong here? Do I need to do give permission in the NPSP pack? This happens in automate.io. The support says it is something to do with salesforce permission. Please guide. I am not sure where the issue.

How do i go there? I don't find anything called sandboxes under setup.
