For reference, my visualforce page is;
<apex:page > <script type="text/javascript"> window.location = 'COMPANYSUPPORTSITE/support/tickets/new'; </script> </apex:page>
I have replaced our support site with **COMPANYSUPPORTSITE**
However, when users click the global action, the link that is returned is not the link above but instead: COMPANYSUPPORTSITE/support/home - completely different URL.
I've checked console and tried to debug but have absolutely no idea why this action is changing the link when accessed. Note that when accessing link from vf page directly in web browser, it opens up the correct page, but just doesn't when accessed from the global action anymore.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this could be happening from SF side?
