We have a group of Users (same Profile) who currently can view and post comments in a Community Forum but their management would like to restrict, if possible, their ability to make comments there... they still want them to be able to view the forum. This arose b/c a user with this profile (they are call center agents) used the forum to post communication to their direct report.
Is this possible?

You could create a broadcast group. Broadcast groups restrict posting to group owners/managers.
