Approval process

I have a situation here where when a record gets rejected in approval process  , it  should send to  two queues and one of them will fix it and send for approval again . Can anyone help me with situation ? Is there a rejection reason field we can add in approval layout and specify the reason .

    Deepa - see if this will work for you:

     

    1) Put a field for rejection reason on the layout of the item that is going through the approval process - perhaps a picklist with the rejection reason choices.

     

    2) Go to the Approval Process, click Edit, and from the dropdown list, choose Approval Page Layout.

    See if adding the field you created to the layout of the Approval Process does what you want.
