Need help with an Is Changed + And formula

Question

I need to build a workflow to trigger when the field Date A month is prior to the current month AND any one of a series of fields have been changed.

I have:

OR(

ISCHANGED(FieldA__c),

ISCHANGED(FieldB__c),

ISCHANGED(FieldC__c)),

AND(

Month(DateA__c)< Month(today())

But it doesn't like anything after the last ISCHANGED. I have tried flipping the And and Or but it didn't like that either.
