I want to create a workflow that sends an email to our Finance team if a User edits a record (Contract, in this case).
Thing is; I only want to be alerted if the User changed the Settlement Date from the current month to the next month.
This usually only happens in the last week of the month and it's crucial we know for settling the financials if payment is now due in the following month. Otherwise the books are out!
If they changed it to a few days later, but that new date still falls within the original Settlement date month then we dn't need to know.
Am I able to be that specific?!

Yeah the particular field in that record will be locked untill its approved.So that the values will not be changed untill approved.
