How to opt out of seeing created records in Chatter

One of the users in our org has been seeing records created by one of our Sys Admins (who she follows) in her Chatter feed. Is there a way to opt out of seeing the records in Chatter? Or will the user need to completely unfollow from the other user?

    Hello Elizabeth , 

     

    If the feed tracking is enable for opportunity object and whoever the full permission of that object then he/she will able to see that changes in chatter with that object.
