Change opportunity name

Hello,   Boss has asked me to enter his quotes for the past months into Salesforce.  However, he wants me to put him (Scott Deranger) as the opportunity owner.  I read over some of the discussion questions but not really seeing a dir

    By default when you create quote,it is created from opportunity related list:

    So if you want to have opportunity ownwer as your boss,Please make sure youi create the quote under the opoortunity whose he is the owner.
