I never ever want to get asked to verify identity again. It happens every time!

Hi, I am a recent SF user and I get asked to verify my identity EVERY time I or any of my colleagues log in.They log in from Safari on iPad and sometimes from a PC using Chrome. I also have the same problem always using Chrome on a PC.How do we stop this?

    However, I checked and I don't clear my cookies. Ever. But I do log onto salesforce sometimes from my ipad using safari and sometimes from the laptop using Chrome. Perhaps this confuses things, though, in all honesty, it does ask me for a verification code even when I log onto my laptop two time consecutively.

    Any ideas how I can raise this as an issue directly with Salesforce? It sound to me like a bug, it isn't working as it is supposed to...
