I am trying to create a case record using a flow. The flow has various input fields (Text & Choices) on the screen based on the type of case. I would like to get a set of these input fields to be mapped in a single case field - Description.
Is this possible ?

Salesforce standard features can't implement this but you can use a trigger to update multiple choices to a single field on case. Or can use formula to update that field in process builder.
