Validation rule on probability and forecast picklist

Hello We would like to have a validation rule that ensures a user fills in a forecast drop down if the probality is greater than 50% to either includes or Excludes (these are the only values along with None in the Picklist)

 

The Field Names are as follows:

 

Probability (>=50%)

 

Forecast__c (Includes, excludes (picklist))

 

My Formula looks like this but does not work

 

AND( 

 

Probability >= 50, 

 

ISPICKVAL(Forecast__c, "") 

 

)

 

Can somebody help me please

    Hi Jonathan,

     

    Please try the below

    AND( 
    Probability >=0.5, 
    ISBLANK(TEXT(Forecast__c))
    )
