It doesn't look like there's an easy way to do this without code. This thread has some code (if you decide to go that way), but there's also a post that shows a declarative way to achieve this using formulas and a validation rule (to ensure the Billing Street field is formatted properly for parsing: https://developer.salesforce.com/forums/?id=906F00000008w5HIAQ
