I am using flow to Create Record (ContentNote), The field options in Flow do not allow me to relate the ContentNote to a record but I can navigatge to the resultant ContentNote and relate it to a record via the UI.
Any ideas how I can use Flow to do this?

For ContentNote, you will have to create a ContentDocumentLink to relate the ContentNote to the record. The UI is doing this junction for you, but you'd need to do it in your flow.

Create your ContentNote and use it's ID as the ContentDocumentId, and the LinkedEntityId = the record you're trying to associate. Here is the api spec for ContentDocumentLink as you'll want to set Sharing/Visibility as well.
