I'm creating a workflow to populate a date field once an oppty hits 25% and I keep tryng to use the value TODAY() but run into this error message:
Any way to work around this?

Hi Drew,
Can you please check the data type of the reference field which you used as a formula ? It looks like it is a checkbox field.
That's why it is not compatible with your target field which is Date.
So you can either refer the correct date field or have a formula Today().
