Adding a percentage to the record count via formula fields on a report?

I want to have a formula column on a report that should add 10% to the record count.

 

How would I do the formula?

    Create a summary formula like this:

    RowCount + 0.1 *( RowCount )

     

    And make it display only on "Grand Total Only"
