I've created a workflow rule that updates several "Location" fields (i.e. address, city, state, etc.) and works just fine. Is there a way however to tweak the rule criteria below so that the workflow rule is triggered when it's true but also allows users to edit the Location fields, if necessary (For example, the address is incorrect)?
If its a Workflow, it is updating a Text field, right? So, your City field is getting populated with data from somewhere else. Why can't your users go update it after the fact?
